  • Study contemporary and industry-relevant course content specially curated for professionals.
  • Engage in a 1:1 mentoring session with your expert facilitator at the end of the course.

Organisations globally are confronting unprecedented changes at work: the rise of “platform companies” and the “gig economy” are blurring the once-stable boundaries of the firm, and automation is placing a premium on creativity and collaboration. In an environment of workplace transition, effective leadership is called for, and there is an opportunity for highly capable leaders to steer organisations in positive new directions by asking the right questions.

  • Understand the evolution of in-demand skills in the modern workplace.
  • Capitalise on the new opportunities that diverse workforces offer, such as those presented by automation, platforms and crowds.
  • Develop an advanced understanding of matching employees’ individual aspirations with business requirements.
  • Articulate and assess predictions about the future of work and the workforce, and the scope for organisational change.
  • Critically examine business models to maximise connectivity, collaboration, agility and innovation.
  • Appraise organisational maturity, taking into account individual employees and organisational readiness to lead the future of work.
